Sheesh

Define art.
Art is whatever makes the individual stop and think and hopefully become inspired and then create something themselves.
Where and from whom do you find your inspiration?
From conversations with my crazy friends and family, but mostly from traveling and meeting new people and seeing new things.
What is success to you?
I think the definition of success changes all of the time. Right now, the ultimate success would be being able to wake up when i wanted, draw/paint all day at the house w/ steady work and shows and wrestle my dog (my actual dog, not slang for my friend, that would be a weird goal to have).
What is your philosophy of community?
Community is people working together for a greater good despite personal motives and agendas.
Please share with us a story that changed your life.
When I was 20 years old, I booked a real sketchy tour for my band at the time, I think we played 8 days out of the two weeks we were out. But being out on the road and seeing the country definitely changed my life. Washing your hair in a grocery store bathroom in Tampa or going to the World's Largest McDonalds somewhere in Oklahoma gives you references you might not have had otherwise. Plus it made me start traveling as much as possible so now I have crazy stories about stuff like a guy on a bike getting hit by a van and drug for a block then telling me he was going to kill the guy the next day or going to Roswell to see the UFO museum and then getting lost and driving down dirt roads for hours trying to find the interstate and pulling it off.
